Refund policy

Digital products: all sales are final once delivery begins.

 By expressly agreeing to immediate access to your digital content and acknowledging that you will lose your right to cancel once the download or stream begins, you agree that we will not offer change-of-mind cancellations or refunds after delivery begins. If those conditions have not been met, any applicable cancellation right remains in place. This policy does not affect your legal rights if digital content is faulty, not as described, or cannot be supplied.
